北海道TMRセンター連絡協議会が酪農学園大学・高橋圭二教授による東北地方への粗飼料緊急支援要請を受け、会員に呼びかけたところ、複数のTMRセンターが粗飼料を提供したことは6月24日付け「DJニュース」のとおりです。
輸送状況は現在、以下のようになっています。
中標津ファームサービス（中標津町）から細断サイレージ50個（トレーラー1台）
開陽D・A・I（中標津町）からロールパック25個（トレーラー1台）
オコッペフィードサービス（興部町）からロールパック28個（トレーラー1台）
浜頓別エバーグリーン（浜頓別町）からロールパック56個（トレーラー2台）
アグリランド（苫前町）ロールパック60個（トレーラー2台）
また提供予約が、クレインランドTMRセンター（鶴居村）、オコッペフィードサービズス（興部町）、サンタドリームサプライ（広尾町）、下川フィードサービス（下川町）、阿寒農協（阿寒TMRセンター・釧路TMRセンター）などから続々ときています。
しかし、以下のような課題もあります。
・輸送料の工面がつかず、未輸送のセンターは待機中。
・バンカーサイロ中のサイレージを提供できるセンターがあるが、細断型ロールベーラを所有していない。
・支援先の酪農家は低水分の粗飼料を使用している。
高橋教授は27日に開催された北海道TMRセンター連絡協議会の「夏期研修会」で、支援粗飼料が送られた宮城県丸森町の様子を報告し、今後の予定を以下のように述べました。
・ホームページ（飼料支援ネット）を開設し、運搬費への支援要請
・細断サイレージの再梱包作業（細断型ロールベーラの運搬、梱包資材への補助）
・宮城県丸森町酪農振興組合への支援の継続（越冬用飼料がない）
・福島県内酪農家への支援可能性を検討
